You can order putting one or more articles in your shopping carrier. At the end of the order proces you are asked to fill in you name and address data. Possible remarks can be placed also in the form. Of course you can give another delivery address. This is skilful if you want to surprise someone else with a nice gift. After you have filled in your data and clicked on "next" the order comes in at us and will be handled. You receive an order confirmation
If you want to contact us concerning your order, please mention always the order number you have received with your oder confirmation.
All prices and shipping costs are in Euro and including VAT. The shipping costs are at your expence and amounts
To make it clearly and safety for you and our self, we work by means of payment in advance, with PayPal (creditcard payment possible)
or, if you pick up your shipment by your self, you can pay cash in our showroom. This will also keep our prices on a low level. As soon you have received the order confirmation and you want to pay in advance, you can transfer the total amount of your order under indication of your order-nr. to the following bank account:

In principle we have all articles, mentiond in our shop, on stock, or we have the articele in short term. In an additional e-mail we will communicate you
the expected delivery time if the product is not on stock.
As soon the complete amount has been added on our account and the articel is available, we send the ordered products to you directly. Than you receive an e-mail from us in which we indicate when your order exactly has been sent to you. If the parcel does not arrive after four days after the expected
arrival date, please contact us by e-mail and mention your order-nr. We can act then directly to trace your parcel.
Of course you can choose to collect your order by your self at our showroom without any shipping costs.
If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with the provided product(s), please let us know a.s.a.p., but in any case within seven (7) days by e-mail. You will receive an e-mail back with instructions how to send the article(s) back to us. As soon we receive the article(s) back from you, in the state such has
been described in your e-mail, we transfer the amount back to your bank account. We compensate no shipping costs and/or damage during the transport
of the return shipment.
